LAUNCHCC3220MODASF: Maximum current available from 5V and 3V3 pins

Part Number: LAUNCHCC3220MODASF

Hi there, I have a LAUNCHCC3220MODASF launchpad that I have some questions about.

1. What is the maximum amount of current that can be safely pulled from the 5V and 3V3 pins on the 2x20 pin headers?

2. Do these pins provide regulated or unregulated power?

Basically I'm curious about the possibility of using these outputs to serve as power for a standalone CC3220MODASM2MONR MCU during image flashing. It'd also be convenient to use the same output as VCC for the pullup resistors needed to configure the MCU's SOP pins. I'm planning on using the image flashing configuration that uses UART over a PC -> Launchpad -> MCU connection. Thanks for any help!
