Hi Team,

Our customer is using CC3200-LAUNCHXL with Energia IDE v1.8.11E23. It used to be working fine then suddenly he can't upload his programs anymore. The error message is shown in the screenshot below. 

Our customer confirmed that he had connected the SOP2 jumper correctly as shown in the E2E thread below. Can you please help us diagnose the issue with the board?
