CC3220SF: When .syscfg settings load? Re-Config GPIO settings can added and changed where?

Hi, Support Team,

Our product use CC3220SF SoC. SimpleLink-SDK version: simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_4_30_00_06.

My question:

1.In my custom code(base on network_terminal), I have no idea when common.syscfg loading to main() ? or common.syscfg loading before main() ?

2.If I want to change GPIO settings for dynamically changed, where code added much better?

Hi Lishen,

When the project is compiled, the .syscfg file auto-generates source code in the Debug/syscfg or MCU+Image/syscfg folder, like ti_drivers_config.c. The pin configurations are typically not applied until that driver is opened in the application (like GPIO_init or SPI_open).

GPIO is easy to change dynamically. See the GPIO_setConfig API in the TI Drivers documentation.

Hi Lishen,

You can just double click on the .syscfg file in CCS to open it as a GUI. There is a tutorial on SimpleLink Academy as well: SysConfig Tool Basics
