Are you calling sl commands from the SimpleLink event handlers? If yes, which commands is used and from which handler.

If you can defer these to an app thread context.

I can move sl_FsWrite to a task, but sl_FsRead can not move because I need to answer to the get in the HTTP event handler.

Where exactly is the simplelink thread gets stuck? (which semaphore call)

if you have a terminal log that better shows the sequence of events please provide as well as any other detail that you think is relevant.

If you can get NWP log - it may also be helpful.

call sl_read and sl_write from the http server event and in the same time open tcp socket with other server and call sl_read  and sl_write 

so it seems it won't be easy to reproduce.

please give more details on the point of failure in the simplelink driver.

As to be honest, I am not surprised that you have issues when you doing things which are time consumptive like working with sockets or file system inside web server handler. Though driver at CC3220 and CC3235 is designed to be able handling sl_ API calls from event handler context, it is not best approach. Better approach is to separate such handling into separate tasks with interprocess communication like a message queue or other synchronisation objects.

btw ... do you use big local variables / buffers inside web server event handler? If so, you should check if you have enough space in stack for sl_Task.

i believe he is only doing sl_FsRead in the event handler. the last response was not accurate based on the previous messages.

You can do almost everything with proper code design. You should think about asynchronous handlers like a "interrupt". Or you are doing time consumptive things inside hardware interrupts?

Asynchronous handles are served at sl_Task context. If you doing time consumptive operations inside handlers this will delay other events which is definitely not good. I am pretty surprised that you asking such question, because you used CC3200 where was usage of asynchronous event limited even more.

As to be hones I this is not surprise for me that you are using SimpleLinkHttpServerEventHandler(), reason for my assumption is that I remember your some other threads and word "token" slightly confirm assumption.

Using user tokens with handler SimpleLinkNetAppRequestEventHandler() is not recommanded way at CC3220 due to limited functionality and length of token responses. Unfortunately you not explained why you need to do time consumptive task inside web server handler.

There is many ways how can do this. Saving each parameter separately via tokens is not great approach. Better will be usage of REST API with AJAX at webpage side. For example I use similar approach with own http server inside CC3220.

Internal http server is used at CC32xx SDK example local_ota. But if you talk about own http server running at CC3220 application MCU, there is not such example in CC32xx SDK.
