Hi,

Is the SWD 2-Wired JTAG mode?

When I tried to download, error is occurred.

SOP setting is 001.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -615 @ 0x0)
The target failed to see a correctly formatted SWD header. The
connection to the target may be unreliable. Try lowering the
TCLK setting before trying again.
(Emulation package 9.4.0.00129)

My target configuration file set to CC3220SF_SWD.

 it was no use flashing with the Uniflash in development mode.

    Are you sure you have placed the jumpers correctly on the SOP pins? Have you pressed reset button or done a full power reset? 

    After setting the connection type to "CC3220SF_SWD", did you press save? Did you press the test connection button? 

    Does 4 wire JTAG work?
