CC3220MOD: About Year 2038 problem on CC3120/CC3320 module

Part Number: CC3220MOD

My customer is asking some question about Year 2038 problem on CC3120/CC3220 modules.

My understanding is following.

If 64-bit seconds is supported with TI-RTOS Seconds module, the year 2038 problem will make solve.

If Linux is used, it need Linux kernel 5.6 and later. (Fix the year 2038 problem.)

1) My understanding is correct?

2) If so, is 64-bit seconds supported with current TI-RTOS Seconds module?
