CC3235MODAS: Github OTA Failed Randomly

Hi,

We have used the Cloud OTA example as a reference and using a Github for a OTA. But we are getting the below error in case "OTA_RUN_ERROR_SECURITY_ALERT" sometimes. 

OtaRunStep: FATAL ERROR from Ota_run -21004 !

We have created custom folder having a bin file in the user file system. We are facing a problem after adding this bin file in OTA package. But When we are do the OTA again after getting this error it works. What is the possible cause for this? Where can I find the error codes for the OTA?
