IMETER-BOOST: HTTP Server

Part Number: IMETER-BOOST

dear team,

My test is on  CC3200 LAUNCHXL and  IMETER-BOOST. Refer to SWRU532A, i config IMETER to AP mode(upon power-up the green and
amber LEDs are turned off, and after a short time the red LED turns on.)

So how can i access to HTTP Server? I can not know IMETER IP add.

thanks

  • Hi Kyrin,

If the green and amber LEDs are off and the red LED is on, the device is in Provisioning mode according to the IMETER-BOOST User's Guide:

You need to complete the provisioning process described in Section 2.2.1 of the User's Guide, then you should be able to continue and connect to the device.

    Best regards,

    Jesse

  • Hi Jesse,

    thanks for you reply.

i'm sorry i describe the wrong phenomenon, the LED state is green and amber LEDs turned off and then on again. It means the board has connect a AP and in idle mode. i logged into AP control page, but can not find board IP.so i can not log to HTTP server.

    Best regards,

    kyrin

  • Hi Kyrin,

You are correct, if the green and amber LEDs have turned off and then on again, it indicates that the IMETER-BOOST is connected to the AP.

The scope advertises its HTTP server using mDNS. Use any mDNS browser to detect its IP address and connect to it, or use the device scanner in the SimpleLink Starter Pro (devices tab) to locate it on your local network.

    Best regards,

    Jesse
