CC3220SF: Time taken to generate keypair

Hi,

I measured locally and it depends on whether this is the first time you create a key pair or a CSR.

For the first time, the duration is longer since a crypto database file is created and this takes time.

for the 2nd time and on, it is shorter.

The time duration I measured are:

• key-pair: first time --> 1.4Sec, 2nd time --> 650mSec
• CSR: first time --> 2 sec, 2nd time --> 800mSec
