CC3200: How to program CC3200 MCU without using launchpad

can i know, USB TO TTL is support to start programming cc3200 chip? otherwise how to start programming without CC3200 launchpad ?

what board do you have? what exactly are you trying to do? (use jtag debugger? or program and run from a serial flash?)
