It is not available and not supported anymore.

We are only supporting the AWS plugin for CC3220/35.

Basically you can port the CC3220 code to CC3200 (not trivial but possible), however CC3200 is not recommended for new designs since it doesn't support the mandatory WPA3.

Thank you, though I'm working with a customer with 100k+ CC3200 devices deployed and needs to migrate to AWS IoT. Is the sample code archived anywhere we can use?

I'm sorry but this is not available. Using the CC3220/CC3235 plugin as the based for the port is the only option.
