CC3200: Don't see 'TI-RTOS for SimpleLink' and 'CC3200 Add-On' on the CCS AppCenter

Hello everyone,

I have installed CCS 12 and I need to program CC3200 using the CCS. I see in the user guides that while installing the CCS I should select 'SimpleLink WiFi CC32xx Wireless MCUs' and I select that. Please check the screenshot attached. Still after the installation I don't see the anything while searching for CC3200. I have tried it in both Linux and Windows systems but I face same issue in both the cases.

Please check and let me know if I am missing anything here.

I don't think this step is needed any more, The TIRTOS should be installed when you enable CC32XX.

You should install the CC3200 SDK (1.5.0) and import an example from there.

Hi,

What do you mean by "when you enable CC32XX"?? How do I enable it?

When I import one sample project and ti_rtos_config, it gives me following error.

"Product com.ti.rtsc.TIRTOSCC32XX v2.16.1.14 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version. ti_rtos_config ti_rtos_config Problem"

If you picked the "Simplelink Wi-Fi CC32xx Wireless MCU) in the CCS installation, you don't need to do anything special, just skip this step.
