Hi Team,

As shown in the figure, there is an error when the IAR simulation is downloading.

Is there any need for short-term connection on the development board, and how to set it in the project?

Hi Susan,

I want to confirm that you choose simulator option in the debug section.

If its not selected IAR will try to communicate through the XDS.

Hi Rogelio,

It is not working if customer selects simulator. User error:Memory access error. He originally chooses XDS.

When debugging with IAR, what should he choose to run normally?

Hello Annie,

I would suggest they use the XDS and uses the launchpad to debug, but they will need to connect the launchpad to the computer.
