CC3235SF: sl_Recv seems to return data with a long delay for non blocking sockets.

My setup is as follows.  I have an Asus RT-AC66U router with only 3 clients. 

My PC sending the TCP messages to the device.

The CC3235sf device

An android cell phone which was used to configure the devices wifi settings through though the CC3235sf's hosted website for provisioning wifi networks.

The router is connected to the internet.

This issue is reproduced on the launchpad board.  It was looked at once before but updating the power mode did not work for me.  Jacob is tagged on this issue but is not able to support from a software perspective.  Jacob should be able to provide the CCS workspace that can reproduce the problem.

Hello Keith,

I was wondering if you could take over the air logs of your network. We could not recreate the delay, which makes me believe it could come from your network. Taking logs of all the 802.11 protocol using monitor mode could help us understand the situation better and would let us see if packets are being retransmitted, causing a  delay.
