Hi team,
Customer use CC3200MOD on their products for some years. Recently, they find out 3% (6/200) Tx fail. After they remove the CC3200MOD and do the static resistance measurement on all pins between good and failure one, they find out the pin 31 (RF_BG) become short on NG module. Is this normal ? Please instruct how to investigate why the CC3200MOD become abnormal on their manufacturing process.
Besides, they find out one new (not mounted) CC3200MOD also has this problem ( the pin 31 (RF_BG) become short ).
Below list the result of resistance measurement on all pins between good and failure one.
