HI Support,

I am trying to upgrade the OTA bundle through the mobile app by referring to the below document.

I understand that the mobile app does not have permission to access the file system of the mobile. 

But the image below is showing that we can input our own path for the tar file,

I tried giving the file name placed in the location of the mobile, but its giving invalid path.

Please guide me how to input the path for both android and I-phone?

    I believe the URL was done for the case OTA is supported from the cloud (i.e. a URL of a remote HTTP server) - which is not supported by the OOB example.

    The application should enable access to the file system (check the permissions) to get the OTA tar file.
