WL1835MOD: Advertising mfg specific data

Yes. i am doing BLE advertising only. The length of the mfg specific data that I intend to advertise is 80 bytes!

Considering TI Bluetopia stack doesn't support extended advertising I will have to trim this to only 31 bytes right?

I have below 2 questions:

#1: When I see the sniffer output of the beacon, I see 3 bytes of flags field as seen below in the ADV_SCAN_IND packet. Is it mandatory to advertise this information. If not, I could use these 3 bytes as well for advertising my mfg specific data.

#2: I see that I can modify the advertisement interval field by setting AdvertisingParameters.Advertising_Interval_Min/Max field. What are the units of this field. For ex, if I set this to 500 does it mean every 500 msecs there will be an advertisement in all 3 channels, one after the other? What is the meaning of Advertising_interval_min and advertising-interval_max?
