I downloaded Uniflash 3.4. 

It programs the serial memory on the device with parameters. It is useful to write

my own file from which I load soma parameters.

But It is not what I am meaning.

I want the program I did, to run in Release Mode and not only when I run from the debugger.

Yes, I understand what you want to say. But it seems you not understand how CC3200 works.

You need to program your binary file produced by CCS into sFlash (SPI flash) using Uniflash software.

CC3200 doe not have non volatile memory inside QFN chip (XIP flash). After CC3200 startup is code loaded by ROM bootloader from sFlash into RAM for execution. When you debug CC3200 via JTAG (XDS-100) from CCS, you load code directly into RAM. When you power-of CC3200 this content of RAM is lost. From this reason you need to use Uniflash.

Sorry, Maybe I have understood now. UniFlash copies on the file system /sys/mcuimg.bin the binary I indicate in the URL.
