Hi Team,

My customer is currently testing BOOSTXL-CC3135 booster pack with CC31xxEMUBOOST, they were having issue to connect this device to CC31xx/CC32xx.

Please see the error below:

They have tried on their 4 available COM ports but the failure still happens. 

Please kindly advise on this.

    Hi ,

    Could you let me know if they are connecting to USB J5 or J6 on the CC31xxEMUBOOST? They should connect to the J6 USB port and use the 3rd com port (in this case Com 8) for UART communication.  Secondly have they flashed the board for use with radio tool?
