WL1837MOD: How many simultaneous SPP connections are possible?

Is that 10 BLE connections? 

What about BR/EDR? 7? How may simultaneous audio connections?

For both devices they support up to 7 Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR) connections, which would be your typical SPP connections.

Additionally they both support up to 10 BLE connections, inherent to the Bluetooth spec there is no SPP profile for LE connections but you can emulate SPP over the GATT profile which we have demos for in our SDKs.

When you say simultaneous audio connections are you referring to streaming/receiving audio simultaneously or simply having the relevant profiles active and connected? Simultaneous audio streaming is not possible but you can leave the connections open (switch between streams by pausing and playing).

Thanks.  Yes I was referring to active HSP/HFP or A2DP connections (streaming/receiving audio).  So basically I can have 1 active audio connection and 6 data (SPP, etc) simultaneously on BR/EDR while at the same time have 10 active BLE data connections.  Is that correct?
