How to flash service pack to Production silicon CC3100 wifi chip? i have TM4C129encpdt MCU connected to CC3100 using tI RTOS, is there any resources if there are any resources please suggest.

Hi Chiranth,

Please see this document. In brief you can use programming from Uniflash software or you can program Service Pack from your host MCU.
