Below is the screenshot from the datasheet VOH and VOL values are available. I need IOL/IOH and IIH/IIL. Please help on the same.

Hello,

As you can see this table the VOH and VOH were measured at 4 mA. Hence 4 mA is essentially the IOH and IOL, because this is the current needed to guarantee the VOH and VOL. As for the IIH and IIL, this information is not available, specifically for the various IO pins. Power consumption for the device supplies are written in the datasheet if that helps.
