CC3235MODASF: 32MB SPI serial flash integrated in the module?

The spec states 32MB SFLASH Comparison table (Table 6.2) in the spec (Link below). Just to confirm is it 4MB or 32MB of SFLASH

One last question, want to get my head round the External SPI Programming interface.

I don't see an option when selecting Modules to exclude the 32MB SFLASH and add your own. So wondering what the External SPI programming interface is used for.

Is this for an external device to allow read/write access to the 32MB SFLASH contained in the Module?
