Example) Materials for coding or block diagram of TM4C1294NCPDTI3R firmware.

It implements the XDS 110 functionality. CCS (or other supported IDE such as IAR) will update the firmware without your involvement.

You can also use external debugger probe such as https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSEMU110-U.
