  • I am using those two boards:

    SK-AM62B-P1 and M2-CC3301

  • The cc33xx-nvs.bin failed with error -2 is due to the NVS file not being present, however the default MAC address from TI will be used otherwise. If you would like to override the default MAC Address, you can do so by creating a file in the Linux filesystem in the  the /lib/firmware/ti-connectivity directory and named cc33xx-nvs.bin 

    Creation of the cc33xx-nvs.bin file is done with the following command with the example MAC “AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF”:

    echo -n -e '\xAA\xBB\xCC\xDD\xEE\xFF' > /lib/firmware/ti-connectivity/cc33xx-nvs.bin

  • Hi Fredy,

    I don't see anything wrong with the log but there could be a potential hardware issue. Can you provide the entire name of the M2 - CC3301, as in is it the E1 or the E2 version?

    Secondly, were you able to solder on the R6 resistor? Please refer to the Linux user guide SK-AM62B-P1 and M2-CC3301 section for detailed instructions.

    Apologies for any confusion. Since you have the E1 revision, the R6 resistor needs to be removed. Also, you will need to configure the IRQ for the M2-CC3301 E1 board to IRQ_TYPE_EDGE_RISING like so in the k3-am625-sk.dts
