Hi team,

My customer said the CC3230 currently supports up to three power tables. They want to clarify if this is still the case, or if there have been any updates to support additional power tables in recent firmware or hardware revisions?

    There have been no updates to support additional power tables in recent FW/HW revisions.

    Hi Dylan, 

     One more question about the power table:
    Is the power back-off value fixed in the table, or can I adjust it manually?

    The reason I’m asking is that if we want to reduce the Tx power on channel 1 and channel 11 to meet the band edge requirements, would it be feasible to do so through power table adjustments?

    Hey John,

    There will be inherent power back-off values that you can't adjust - these are to keep the device compliant with the regulatory bodies we certified too. In cases were you may want to use a higher gain antenna than what we certified with, then yes you can add additional power limits to support that.
