CC3351: Request for CC3351 Calibrator Tool User Guide (SWRU602

Part Number: CC3351

Hi,

I am a software engineer at Axon currently working with the CC3351 Wi-Fi module.

I am trying to perform Wi-Fi calibration, but I was unable to locate the document titled:

“SimpleLink™ CC33xx Calibrator Tool User's Guide (SWRU602)”.

Could you please share this document or let me know where it can be accessed?

Additionally, I understand that the calibration process generates a binary output file that needs to be programmed onto the device. Could you please confirm if this is the correct approach for CC3351?

Any guidance or documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

  • There is no calibration required or possible with the cc3351. There is a binary configuration file, but it does not have calibration data. That file contains many configuration parameters and is downloaded to the radio on every power up.

The calibrator tool is a utility that allows you to put the radio into various test modes, useful primarily for manufacturing test or regulatory purposes. Documentation is available as part of the cc33xx SDK, which also includes the calibrator utility and source.
