me? Should I do some changes in linux uart driver? Or just do porting in user space?

Get the SDK and have a look at the SimpleLink_Api in the Documents folder, and open the programmers guide, it provide details on porting code - http://www.ti.com/tool/cc3100sdk

I have read it already, but I think the information is not enough.
I try to connet the CC3100BOOST to the host(a linux platform)with uart, I try to find more information about the hardware connection.
Not sure I can assist any further, I develop on Macintosh and Windows, so have little experience with Linux. Perhaps someone with more experience with Linux and porting will step in.

The UART driver you need is a standard UART working with hardware flow control (CTS/RTS).
