When the CC3100's SimpleLInk socket is performing the TLS handshake, does it download and check the CRL in the server certificate?
Does SimpleLink perform any certificate revocation checking?

Hi Alan,
No, there is no internal mechanism within CC3100 which implements CRL.
However, there is no limitation on implementing that logic in the host.
The host application can download a CRL list from a trusted CA server and check if the designated server certificate is in that list or not (before opening a SSL connection to that server).
Thanks,
Alon
