We are using iMX6 solo platform with linux, wanted to interface wi-fi module for the same.

1. Is it possible to interface simple link module CC3120MOD? if yes, is there any availability of Linux drivers for the same?

2. we need SPI interface modules, so is there any WiLink module with SPI interface?

There is no linux driver for iMX + CC31xxMOD

2. we need SPI interface modules, so is there any WiLink module with SPI interface?
Yes, WiLink8 driver supports SPI interface

Hi,

Simple Link is not intended to work with Linux as the netwwork stack etc. is internal and it doesn't interface with the Linux internal networking scheme.

AFAIK There are no drivers available for interfacing Simple Link with Linux.

As For SPI support for WiLink8, it is available as part of the Linux kernel using the nl80211/mac80211 driver support for wilink:
