I got the sensortag few weeks ago and on the first day, I followed all the instructions to get it working but the sensortag, doesn't turn on at all.
Cross check with new battery pack and same behavior, neither the start up LED'S came on ..neither get any WIFI comms.
After I remove the plastic which disconnects the battery .. I never got it working... As I already saw one working.
I am trying to send it back and get the refund, but the support request me first to contact you guys over the forum..
Any clue or extra test needed?
