What is the internal sFlash within CC3220MODA?
Please tell me the part number of it.
And also, could you tell me the procedure (e.g. sequences, AC timing and so on) to write the sFlash?

    Hi Nomo,

    Type of sFlash inside CC3220MOD is described in datasheet (chapter 5.14.5.9):

    The CC3220MODx and CC3220MODAx modules include the Macronix™ 32-Mbit serial Flash. The serial
    Flash can be programmed directly using the external Flash interface (pins 13, 14, 15, and 17). Note that
    during normal operation, the external Flash interface should remain unconnected.
    For timing details of the 32-Mbit Macronix serial Flash, see the MX25R3235F data sheet.
