Here is my feedback:

1) Pin21, JTAG_TCK, requires a 100k pull down resistor. This is critical for the module to work properly.

2) To configure SOP as UARTLOAD_FUNCTIONAL_4WJ, SOP0 must be pulled down, so that SOP[2:0] = 010

3) Ensure that pin 46 and 47 are pulled up to VBAT with a 100k for UART flashing.

My apologies - I looked more into this but for the module, there is an internal 100k pull down on the JTAG_TCK pin already. Adding an additional 100k to GND externally will create a weaker pull down and would still work, but it is not required.

Thank you for your additional information.
But I could not see description in datasheet that there is 100k PD on JTAG_TCK pin.

While, CC3220MODA schematic checklist (swru462d) specifies "Add 100K pull-down resistors on JTAG_TCK (Pin #21)".

So I believe adding 100K pull-down resistor on JTAG_TCK is required.

Could you please confirm once again?

This information found in the checklist is incorrect and must be updated.

This is why the CC3220MOD evm was designed with only provisions for the 100k pull down on JTAG_CLK pin2 - R106 is DNP'ed.
