CC3200 SensorTag is intended for a demonstration purpose only. From this reason development of own firmware for this SensorTag is not supported and source code from CC3200 SensorTag are not publicly available.

If you need development of you own firmware for CC3200 device, you can use CC3200-LAUNCHXL with CC3200 SDK. But better is to use CC3220 or CC3235 with CC32xx SDK. CC3220 and CC3235 are newer and better devices.
