CC31XXEMUBOOST: Driver for CC31XXEMUBOOST + BOOSTXL-CC3135

I have a CC31XXEMUBOOST with an attached BOOSTXL-CC3135 that windows is recognizing, but failing to find the driver for.

I specified location as the TI folder but it said none of the subfolders have a driver in them.

http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swau106/swau106.pdf section 3.1.3 says that the driver should be in [Install-Path]\CC3135-sdk\tools\cc31xx_board_drivers\, but that doesn't exist. Can you tell me where the driver is or what I need to download to get it working? There is no CC3135-sdk linked from the CC3135 webpage - instead it links to the \simplelink_sdk_wifi_plugin_2_40_00_22 and related service packs, all of which windows says don't contain the drivers I need.
