Hi Team,

I'm posting this inquiry on behalf of my customer who's trying to provision the CC3220S-LAUNCHXL and forgot the password he set for the CC3220S-LAUNCHXL (AP).  He followed the User Guide for factory reset on the CC3220S-LAUNCHXL quick start guide document (link below), unfortunately, does not work.

    Hi Renan,

    If the LaunchPad has been flashed with a new image, the new image may not have the same behavior as the Out of Box.

    The customer can reprogram the LaunchPad by flashing a new image, which will format the serial flash (where the file system and configurations are stored). This will remove any existing AP configurations.

    See the ImageCreator Basics lab for flashing instructions. If the customer would like the reprogram the default Out of Box example, please open the drop-down in task 1 of this training.
