I'm posting this inquiry on behalf of my customer who's trying to provision the CC3220S-LAUNCHXL and forgot the password he set for the CC3220S-LAUNCHXL (AP). He followed the User Guide for factory reset on the CC3220S-LAUNCHXL quick start guide document (link below), unfortunately, does not work.
