Hello,

We're facing the issue that LAUNCHCC3220MODASF doesn't boot after reset.
In normal case, we can see D7 on board is blinking and in abnormal case we cannot see blinking.
We can see the issue about once every 50 times.
Do you have any information about this?

The environments are following.
The evaluation board is LAUNCHCC3220MODASF.
We use the out_of_box demo with TI-RTOS and we burned the demo to CC3220MODA.
C:\ti\simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_4_40_00_07\examples\rtos\CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL\demos\out_of_box\uniflash\cc3220sf_out_of_box_tirtos.zip
We remove TX and RX jumpers between XDS110 and CC3220MODA.
The SOP setting is 010.

  • Hi Nomo,

What is state of RX line during startup? At SOP 0-1-0 bootloader mode (UART loader) determined according state of RX pin. In case state of RX line is low, devices enters into UART loader after startup. In case RX pin is not connected, behaviour may to be impracticable. If you want have RX pin not connected, you should add weak pull-up to this pin. Another option can be usage of different SOP mode.
