Could you provide the WL1801MODGBMOC and WL1807MOD thermal data to me , I can not find these data below

One more query , for these module , Could I use the Ta spec as Tc spec ?

For example , the WL1801MODGBMOC operating ambient temperature is -20 - -70°C , that means Ta spec is -20 - -70°C , So the Tc is same to Ta ?
