CC3135MOD: TI Wi-Fi module vibration specifications

I would like to know the vibration specifications (if there are any) for this Wi-Fi module. We are implementing this module in one of our units and we need to run a vibration test on it.

The vibration profiles we use for most of our units are derived from MIL-STD-202H. These are not gentle tests and for what I understand, this module is meant to be used mostly in stationary applications.

Hi Esteban,

The CC3135MOD'S variable vibration frequency test's reference spec is JEDEC STD 22, B103, Condition 1.

Hi Seong,

Thanks for the information. I looked into it, however, the standard I found is "JEDEC Standard No. 22-B103B.01" . It says it is a minor revision of JESD22-B103-B. Do you know if "-B" standard is an update of "JEDEC STD 22, B103" or they are two different standards ?

I am not 100% certain, but it is more than likely an update and not a different standard.

Hi Seong,

Regarding the vibration standard (JEDEC STD 22, B103, condition 1), was the TI module already tested using that standard and validated to resist that condition ? or that is just the standard suggested to test the TI module and the customers must perform their own validation by following it ?
