CC3200SDK: CC3200SF via web service SOAP

Inside CC3220 SDK is available http client library. You can use this library to POST SOAP massage to server.

Inside SDK is httpget example which can be used as start point. You will need change from GET to POST method, etc.

One more question, Does CC3200SF can act as a SOAP Server ? e.g. response a SOAP request from others.

Hi Jason,

Yes, you can use CC3220SF as SOAP server. But you will need to use your own XML parser (code for parsing XML content). XML parser is not part of CC3220 SDK. I expect that on internet you find some solutions (e.g. stackoverflow.com/.../is-there-a-good-tiny-xml-parser-for-an-embedded-c-project ).

Inside CC3220 SDK is included JSON parser already. From this reason usage of REST + JSON can be reasonable alternative to the SOAP.
