I have an additional question from the below E2E-tread about TIDEP-0083.

I found success to run this demo with the E2E-thread guide including code modification.

But suddenly, I found the error like below, today AGAIN.

Question:

Do you have same experience?

We would appreciate if you consider to check the behavior and tell us how to solve this problem.

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

We use "Digicert Global Root CA certificate" based on below E2E-thread.

Hi Matusan,

I have replicated the issue on my end. When executing sl_connect(), error -688 is reported. This is typically associated with a bad root CA certificate being used in the TLS connection, but since we have been using the Digicert Global Root CA for a while without issues that seems strange.

I am still debugging this and will give you some more information by next week.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, but I am still investigating the issue with IBM Watson on my end.
There does not seem to be the usual errors associated with a bad or incorrect root CA cert involved with the IBM setup, so I will need more time to debug. This issue has been reported by other engineers too, so it will be something I actively investigate and anticipate resolving by the end of the month.
