I see you inquired here about two different subjects, totally unrelated. Per E2E guidelines ( https://e2e.ti.com/support/archive/helpcentral/w/e2e/1156.04-how-to-post-a-new-question-on-e2e ), and this recommendation:

More tips regarding Part Number and Thread Creation:

If you are looking for a similar or “better than” device recommendation, enter the part number for the reference device

If your question applies to an entire family of devices, choose a device from that family

Create a separate Thread for each problem you are having

Let's keep this thread as the 5G PHY question, and split the MOSFET inquiry to a new thread.

And in general, device development and release dates are considered confidential information and will not be discussed on E2E.

I see now this was not clear. The inquiry was split from a post that included a question about MOSFETs, and this 5G part of that thread was a request for roadmap for 5G PHY:
