RTOS/BEAGLEBK: Using TI WiLink8 Module with Beaglebone black on TI-RTOS

Hi,

I want to use TI WiLink8 Module (for Wi-fi functionality) on Beaglebone black (AM3358). I see that there is no driver for Wilink8 on AM335x processors. I know that there is a WiLink driver for Linux. Is it possible to port this driver to TI-RTOS?

Hi,
TI doesn't directly support non-linux WiLink8 drivers. 3rd party clarinox supports non-linux WiLink8 drivers. You may check with them if they support WiLink8 drivers as per your requirement . Their contact details can be found @ www.ti.com/.../WILINK8-WIFI-MCP8

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to create my own driver in TI-RTOS for WiLink8 and then interface it with NDK using NIMU?
