Hi,

CC3220SF chip is integrated inside this TI modules:

- CC3220MODSF12MOBR
- CC3220MODASF12MONR (module with integrated antenna)

Hi,

This module (CC3220MODSF12MOBR) have RF output at pad. You need connect to this pad your antenna path and antenna itself (50ohm). You can use your own SMD chip antenna or some kind of external antenna via uFL/SMA. Implementation of antenna and antenna path is up to you.

Hi,

Please see production line guide for CC3220 ( www.ti.com/.../swra568.pdf ). It describes of production programming via:
- UART (Uniflash GUI, Uniflash CLI, Embedded Programming )
- Gang programming via external SPI flash programmer (via pins FLASH_SPI_* at module)
