Hello and we apologize for the delayed nature of our response here. This was an older design that predates our current system and we had a little trouble locating the original team that owned the design. We are contacting them now and you should hear back in 1-2 business days.

We have not been able to localize the gerber files. The person that made this design has quit TI and hence it's not possible to find out that way. I noticed from the pictures in the documentation that parts of the PCB picture was scrambled indicating that the layout files were not meant for publishing.
