Please use Pin mux tool to proper setup of pins to GPIO. Using of GPIO pins is demonstrated at SDK example "blinky".

Did you import "blinky" example into workspace? It seems that you are compiling "getting_started_with_wlan_station" example not a "blinky" example.

Hi,

You have not included "gpio_if.h" file from \cc3200-sdk\example\common. From this reason you have compile error that reference for  GPIO_IF_LedOn() and GPIO_IF_LedOff() does not exist. Also do not forgot set properly pinmux according pinmux.h/c in "blinky" example.

No. You need to use MAP_PinTypeGPIO() not MAP_PinTypeGPIO10(). If you need determine how looks pinmux settings, please use pinmux tool.

blinkly file is exist the main, pinmux.c, pinmux.h

but pinmux.h is nothing.

So I used the code in main and pinmux.c as above.

Hi,

Because you have set GPIO as input (GPIO_DIR_MODE_IN) and also you not use API to change GPIO state /GPIOPinWrite()/.

Hi,

When you want to control LED it is expected that GPIO is used as output (GPIO_DIR_MODE_OUT). You need to call API to write/change GPIO value as well.

By call API I mean call particular function. E.g.:

• GPIODirModeSet() - set port direction
• GPIOPinRead() - read state of port
• GPIOPinWrite() - write state of port
• etc.

Why not, although the that code doesn't make sense and probably will not work as expected. To change state pin of GPIO you need to...

1. enable clock for peripheral (using PRCMPeripheralClkEnable())
2. set pinmux to GPIO at particular pin number (using PRCMPeripheralClkEnable())
3. set GPIO port direction to output (via GPIODirModeSet())
4. write port state by GPIOPinWrite()

There is mistake that I mentioned PRCMPeripheralClkEnable() twice.

Inside your pinmux.c generated by pinmux-util you should already have PRCMPeripheralClkEnable(), PinTypeGPIO() and GPIODirModeSet(). From this reason you will should add into your main.c function GPIOPinWrite().
