I would like ask about CC3135mod – do You have information about time from power-on to data transmission
incl. auth etc ?
The connection time will vary depending on the AP, security type, environment, socket type (UDP/TCP/SSL), connection policy, etc.
For power on to firmware initialization (of network processor), you can refer to section 5.15 of the datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cc3135mod.pdf
For most use-cases where this timing is critical, customers will use our intermittently connected mode an take advantage of the hibernate low-power state. Please refer to the hibernate timing sequence unless you are evaluating 1st time from hard reset.

For a rough indication of timing (a single data point), you can refer to Figure 38 in the same guide. This was a pretty controlled test and timing will vary as described above. The measurement was also made on the CC3235SF which will have a longer system initialize time time due to boot of M4 core. Only consider activity from NWP initialize on for CC3135.
