customer is reviewing hardware candidate for our cloud connectivity gateway.
Reliable connections are essential for our product so hopefully you can help us with connectivity issues we’re currently facing with the chip.
The product is Solid-Run N6 Indoor with TI1831MOD.
We’ve been in contact with Solid-Run regarding the issue, they have been able to reproduce the issue and provided us updated firmware version
However the firmware update did not solve the issue.
