I see in the TRM (SWRU543A – JANUARY 2019 – REVISED SEPTEMBER 2020) it says:
"the 4-wire JTAG signals from the chip pins are routed through an IcePick module. TAPs other than the application MCU are reserved for TI production testing. A sequence that selects the TAP must be sent to the device to connect to the Arm® Cortex®-M4 JTAG TAP."
So does this mean we could implement some boundary scan testing, but are limited to which pins we can access?
Just want to understand what the options are or if Boundary Scan is completely off the table for production test strategy.

This is reserved for TI production testing, and is not available to use by the customer.
